Money-back guarantee

By law, the right of withdrawal or return does not apply to perishable goods such as live plants and cut flowers. However, because your satisfaction is our success, we offer you additional protection in the form of a money-back guarantee.

If you are dissatisfied with or disappointed by your purchase because it is not as described or is damaged, Casa delle Piante undertakes to issue a refund or store credit or replace the product of your choice.

In this case, after making an explicit request by email to info@casadellepiante.live, explaining the reason for your request and attaching photographs of the item in question, your name and order number, we will send you a return identification number. The return must be shipped at the Customer's expense, properly packaged, and dispatched as soon as possible.

The money-back guarantee cannot be used more than five days after receiving a live plant or two days after receiving cut flowers. The money-back guarantee cannot be used if the plants or other items you purchased have been deteriorated, damaged, or cut in any way, even slightly.
